I have personally been affected by breast cancer in my life. My mom is a survivor. Two and a half years. This week on So You Think You Can Dance, choreographer Tyce Diorio came up with a dance he called "This Woman's Work". The story of the dance is one woman's struggle with breast cancer. I was deeply touched by this dance and I wanted all of my friends to see it so they could be touched as well.

Wow! Very powerful. I missed the show last night. Thank you for posting this!
As you know, I "click" every day at the Breast Cancer site and do whatever I can to support. I've never been personally touched *knocks wood* but as women, and the men who love us, we should support each other!
In this thrilling sequel to A Game of Thrones, George R. R. Martin has created a work of unsurpassed vision, power, and imagination. A Clash of Kings transports us to a world of revelry and revenge, wizardry and warfare unlike any we have ever experienced.
What I'm Reading Now
For Olivia Bentley, Lucky Harbor is more than the town where she runs her new vintage shop. It’s the place where folks are friendly to strangers-and nobody knows her real name. Olivia does a good job of keeping her past buried, not getting too cozy with anyone . . . until she sees a man drowning. Suddenly she’s rushing into the surf, getting up close and personal with the hottest guy she’s ever laid hands on. Charter boat captain Cole Donovan has no problem with a gorgeous woman throwing her arms around his neck in an effort to “save” him. In fact, he’d like to spend a lot more time skin-to-skin with Olivia. He’s just not expecting that real trouble is about to come her way. Will it bring her deeper into Cole’s heart, or will it be the end of Olivia’s days in little Lucky Harbor?

There is a much better description than mine at Jay Crownover's webpage. I just have to say, I LOVE her Marked Men series. Two thumbs way up! Three if I had them. This is a MUST READ for everyone who loves a bad boy with a good heart.
I've been an avid reader as long as I can remember. It started out with Ramona Quimby Age 8 and Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing and progressed into Sweet Valley High, Christopher Pike and eventually grew into Danielle Steel, Jennifer Lyon, James Patterson, Jennifer Crusie, Karin Tabke and many many others.
I am also a struggling unpublished author. One day I hope that my writing will be good enough to be shared with romance readers everywhere. I try to dream big! :)
I bawled with everyone else as I watched this last night on the show.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
Me too! I'm glad to hear I wasn't the only one. In the viewing audience. I was shocked by the judges reaction.

Silver, here here. Thank you for your clicks. I click too. I am not as steadfast about it as I should be, but I click when I remember to.
