Federal Trade Commission Puts Their Nose Into Blogs

The first one is here: http://dearauthor.com/wordpress/2009/10/06/the-ftc-and-the-unreasonable-case-of-disclosure/ and she's done one or two more so you might want to RSS feed DA. FYI, Jane is an attorney and she's been actually talking to the FTC folks.
